Mini Wall Hanging
Supply List: 1 Fat Quarter, Sewing Thread
9" x 9" scrap of Cotton Batting
Wire Hanger: www.ackfeldwire.com

Trim the excess fabric around the punched piece to 3/4" border all around the edge.
Border 1: Cut 2 borders: 2" x 4".
Border 2: Cut 2 borders: 2" x 7-1/2".
Tabs: Cut 2 (2"x 4"). Backing: 9" x 9".
1/4" Seam Allowance.
Sew Border1 to the top and bottom of the punched piece. Trim excess & press seam to one side.
Sew Border 2 to the sides. Trim & press. Fold the tabs right side together and sew down the long side & across one end. Trim and turn right side out. Press. Adjust length as desired. Baste tabs to the front; 1-3/4" from the edge. Layer the front & back right sides together with the batting on the bottom. Sew around all 4 sides, leaving a 4" opening to turn right side out. Trim edges. Slip stitch
the opening closed. Fold the tabs over the wire hanger and sew on the buttons.

Wool Pillow
Supply List: The wool used in the Witches Hat model is from Weeks Dye Works.
1317HB Egg Plant: 1-9"x 9" piece.
2-5" x 9" piece (Backing)
1220 Camel (Wool)-5" x 5" piece
1227HB Collards-5" x 5" piece
Linen Thread & Batting to stuff pillow.
Seam Allowance 1/4".
Trim the punched piece, leaving a 1/4" edge. Fold the edges to the back and slipsticth in place. Sew on charm. Cut the Collard Green Wool piece 1/2" larger all around the punched piece. Fray the edges about 1/4" all around.
Cut the Camel Wool 1/4" larger than the Green Wool. Fray the edges 1/4". Set aside. Sew the backing together
along the long side leaving a 3" opening in the center to turn. Place the Front & Back RST and sew all around the edges. Trim and turn right side out. Lay flat on machine and sew a 1" flange all around the outside. Stuff firmly & slipsticth the opening closed. With linen thread, baste the punched piece to the fron of the pillow.

Seam Allowance 1/4".
Trim the punched piece leaving a 3/4" edge. Cut two ; 3" x 4-1/4" borders and sew to the top & bottom of the punched work. Trim & press. Cut two;3" x 9-1/2" borders and sew to the sides. Trim and press. Cut two back pieces 5" x 9-1/2". Sew along the long side leaving a 3" opening to turn. Match the Front & Back RST.
The Front might not be the same size as the back because of the punchwork. Sew around all 4 sides using the Front as your guide. Trim the excess & press. Turn RSO & Press. Sew a 1" flange all aotund the outside. Stuff firmly & slipstitch the opening closed. Fold down one corner and sew on the buton. So cute !
